About the Artist

Abril Dominic Valdemoro is an artist born and raised in Masbate City. He studied Fine Arts with a major in Painting at the University of the Philippines. Most of his works depict the inequalities in our society particularly how the greedy and powerful leave nothing for those in need. He also portrays the realities and struggles of those living on the margins. He finds most of his inspiration comes from observing and asking questions like what is lacking, what else can be done, and what will be our country's future.
